We take pride in patient satisfaction - we will do everything we can to meet or exceed your expectations.

With a variety of services to choose from for the entire family, we're sure you'll be happy working with us!

Dr Christine Fahie

Chiropractor / Owner

Dr. Christine grew up in Mount Uniacke, Nova Scotia and attended Dalhousie University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Kinesiology. Her interest in spinal care began there while she researched and then co-published a research study on neck pain in wheelchair users. After graduation, she took a year off to work with two gentlemen with brain injuries, as well as at a fitness program for people with disabilities.

Dr. Christine then went on to study chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and graduated cum laude in 2006. In addition to her chiropractic studies, she has trained in Active Release Techniques and Activator Methods. She is also a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and is certified in the Webster Technique. She has been providing chiropractic care on the South Shore since 2007.

Dr. Christine is a member of the Nova Scotia College of Chiropractors, the Canadian National Alliance for Chiropractic, and currently serves on the Advertising Approval Committee for the NSCC.

Dr. Christine and her family have called Hubbards home since and she is excited to bring a local chiropractic clinic to the community! In her spare time she enjoys yoga, cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband John, their sons Braeden and Cameron, and their cats.

Jonathan's treatment approach is relaxing, communicative, and professional and calls on a variety of effective therapeutic and relaxation techniques to consistently meet his client's massage goals.

Jonathan looks forward to working with you at Hubbards Chiropractic if you live in or are visiting the area and are in need of effective massage services.

Carla Stone

Registered Massage Therapist

Carla is originally from New Brunswick, where she spent the last 20 years raising her family. She has two children, the youngest of which has just started her first year at Dalhousie.

She met her husband, Greg, while attending school in Halifax. They spent their first few married years living in Hubbards at his family's summer home. Although family matters took them away to NB, their hearts remained here, and she is very happy to be back in the community.

Carla has been a Massage Therapist for five years now and looks forward to serving the Hubbards and surrounding communities with all their massage therapy needs, whether they are experiencing pain related to injury, postural imbalances, muscle tension or would just like a relaxing massage experience.

Roxy Herlihy

Reflexologist / TPT & FST Therapist

Roxy started in the fitness industry in 2012, with Yoga as her specialty, which lead to a long list of clients suffering from injuries, both new and old, many of which have learned to live with their pain. She was surprised to see how many people live this way, and thought there must be a way she could help. This started her journey with fascia.

She took her first course in Trigger Point that same year. She has always guided her continuing education toward her clients’ needs. With years of experience and now working with sports injuries, in 2017 she decided to expand from being a personal trainer to also becoming a Myofascial Trigger Point & Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST).

Roxy is also a student of Reflexology, anticipating being fully licensed by the Atlantic Canada Association for Reflexology Therapists by the end of 2022.

Roxy lives in Hubbards with her husband Pete and their four children.

Gabrielle Bellefleur

Registered Acupuncturist

Gabrielle is a Registered Acupuncturist and a member of good standing with the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada. Her interest in holistic medicine stems from her curiosity for human health and passion for helping others. This inspired her to move from New Brunswick to Nova Scotia and study Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Through her treatments, Gabrielle aims to provide a calm, gentle, and caring approach all while holding a safe space where people can feel comfortable sharing their health experience. She strongly believes in a patient-centered approach where she intuitively listens to address their health goals and gain an understanding of the underlining root cause of illness. Everyone is unique, and therefore Gabrielle takes an individual approach formulating a comprehensive treatment plan tailored specifically to each person to help bring their body into a state of balance. The modalities include Acupuncture, Cupping, Gua Sha, Moxibustion, Electro-Acupuncture, Scalp Acupuncture, and Auricular Acupuncture. She collaborates with patients to create an inclusive treatment space, welcoming Veterans, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+, and she is able to offer services in both French and English.

Gabrielle is a graduate of the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Bedford, NS, where she received her Diploma in Acupuncture. In addition, she is the recipient of the Certificate of Clinical Excellence for outstanding achievement and excellence. As a long-life learner, Gabrielle continues to deepen her knowledge and skills through postgraduate education and research.

Kristen has been with Hubbards Chiropractic since March 2016. She started when the clinic was small with only Dr. Christine and a massage therapist. Since then, she has been a part of many exciting changes and growth at the clinic, from renovations to the addition of new treatments and doctors/therapists. She is the clinic's "go-to" person - handling bookings, billings, and many other aspects that help ensure that the clinic runs smoothly.

Kristen lives in Martin's River with her husband and two children. She is an avid animal lover and has 3 cats, 2 Siberian Huskies, and two budgies.
